Inside the centre dedicated to home cooking named after Pellegrino Artusi, the bicentennial anniversary
of whose birth is celebrated this year, the Restaurant is managed by the Erbacci family in line with the
concept of the famous gastronome from Forlimpopoli. With an eye to simplicity and good taste, it serves
traditional and home-cooked recipes. Artusi’s recipes are marked by the number indicated in the volume
entitled Scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene (Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well).
The focus is on the territory that hosts it with the extraordinary quality of the ingredients and branded
products, with the Emilia-Romagna Region featuring prominently. The search for gastronomic
excellence, the respect for seasonality of the products and their environmental sustainability, the use of
wild herbs and fresh handmade pasta are behind the recipes served. The menu also includes a list of
suppliers, covering the best companies of in territory.
