The palate features an excellent structure with proper effervescence highlighting freshness and tanginess. Really delicious with intense notes of citron in the finish. Deep ruby red colour with purple highlights and evanescent mousse. The nose opens with delicate notes of ripe cherry and hints of rhubarb and graphite, followed by notes of peony.
